"I’ve lived here for almost a year and I love it. Everyone in the leasing office is kind and welcoming, and the apartment itself is beautiful. The amenities are great, especially the rooftop in the summer! I love the cute things the building does for residents as well, like the recent holiday brunch. The location is also perfect, with lots of retail, parks, restaurants, and the metro station nearby. What made me want to write a review today was the surprise I received in my mailbox this week! I got a birthday card with a gift card and it was such a lovely gesture. Thank you so much! ❤️"

"Rounding this up from a 4.5 star - for the 14 months I lived there, I really appreciated the great parts about it: quiet (on a higher floor, facing Arlington Blvd was not an issue), safe, amazing location walking distance to everything yet not in a super busy area, and the very reasonable rent (at the time of lease start, can't speak for now!) even after transitioning to month-to-month. Leasing office is stellar, response was always quick and maintenance done promptly. On the negative side, the apartment itself is pretty mediocre. The finishing feels cheap and some things are badly designed (kitchen sink with sharp corners and a faucet that doesn't pull out... nightmare to clean), HVAC is so loud that I was constantly shouting over the noise to be heard. Regarding other residents in the building, some of them treat the lobby area as their personal living room so it is constantly noisy, messy, and full of kids running around; others using the gym don't return equipment to the right places nor wipe them down after use. Many of them selfishly park in the EV-only lots despite not driving EVs (management does not enforce the rules at all), and some even tailgate you into the garage to save on parking fees. But despite the flaws, for the most part I had a pleasant stay at UoQ during my term."
