"We requested some maintenance in the apartment and all requests were done immediately. We got positively surprised with their prompt response."
"Amazing apartment building. They organise pretty great events too. Maintenance is top and the management team is very warm. Four corners entertainment organises the best events. Recommend at least once a month."
"Great apartment, my aunt has lived here for 10+ years and has a great management and great amenities. Has lots of events. Recently renovated fitness center and close to downtown location."
"Lived at Bennett Park apartments in Arlington, VA (near the Roslyn Metro) and it was a terrible experience. The entire front office is completely clueless and can’t manage simple tasks. But the worst is the property manager Ashleigh who is extremely rude and unprofessional. Bennet Park is such a scam and should be avoided - they’re the embodiment of corporate greed and terrible business practices. They don’t tell you this when you move in but they require you to pay a $500 amenity fee (which basically gives you access to their “coffee bar”) and even after paying that mandatory fee, you STILL have to pay to utilize building amenities like their lounge room which is $75 per hour. Bennett Park is marketed as a smoke free building but the entire West building constantly smelt like pot and they do nothing. I would get so mad when I’d get home from work and my entire unit would smell. The loading dock always smelt when you had to walkthrough to get to the lobby, and the neighborhood is loud due to the building being in the flight path of Reagan National and also next to a fire station. Also their office space printers never have ink or paper. Appliances in the units are trash. The in-unit dryer sounded like a lawn mower, all the hinges on cabinets and doors were all rusted, the floors seem to be sloped at an angle (??), and the HVAC/AC unit is also unnecessarily loud. Reception is for whatever reason unfriendly even when you try to be nice. My first experience with them was when I went to pick up a package and the older receptionist said something along the lines of “…it doesn’t matter cuz you won’t be here long” after rolling her eyes at me. Don’t know if she was discriminating against me since I’m part Asian or if she just didn’t like me, but regardless, it was still a very unwelcoming experience after I’d just moved in. Ashleigh, the property manager, was the worst to deal with. When I finally received my lease renewal offer after asking for it for weeks, they wanted to increase my monthly rate by nearly $900 for a "
"We lived here for one year and it just wasn't for us. The price you pay for such a small space was a deal breaker. The kitchen appliances were sad and the lighting was a joke. I had to bring a table lamp into the kitchen so I was able to see what I was doing. The ac/heat was so loud I would have to turn it off to talk on the phone and it took our dog a while to get used to it. We had a few packages not show and were told that routinely Amazon delivers to the wrong building and the other apartment would bring them to Bennet Park. The carpet is very cheap and not attractive. The Wilson building always had elevator issues and it was common for only one to work. The location was great and super convenient to Metro and food. I was happy to see another review that mentioned the kitchen lighting and how there are many different "finishes" in their kitchen selections, some of which are just gross... laminate . However I have noticed that the review is no longer up. Not sure why, but wish it was still available for people to see."
