"I have recently made a phone call to ask a concerning question about the new federal vaccine mandates and if I could see Beth to get an exemption letter. The girl that answer the phone was Becka, and as I was asking she seemed irritated that I was asking for an exemption. She did express that there were others that had call with similar concerns and question. I went to start talking again and she repeated that Beth was not participating in exemption letters (which is her choice I just needed to know for my records) and then hung up on me. I find that this is a hot political topic but I just wanted to see if I had options one way or the other. I like Beth as a doctor but the staff was unprofessional and needs to realize they are the first point of contact when it comes to service. - Steph"
