"Worst property manager and owners EVER ! They DO NOT care for residents care. It’s unhealthy it’s unsafe for children due to so much mole in apartments. It’s always a leak somehwere. They have roaches and mice uncontrollably. They use used or old stuff to accommodate residents. The property manager said our his own mouth that the owner is cheap and don’t want to buy nothing to help the community. I was in shock by the way they Property manager carries himself and how careless there are with their tenants. I wouldn’t recommend a soul to live here. Just ask the tenants that’s here now."

"This is by far the WORST apartment community I have ever lived in. Don't be fooled by the low price - it's cheap for a reason. In the THREE MONTHS that I have lived here so far, maintenance has been negligent at best. We didn't have working AC for nearly a month; now they've switched the AC over to heat only, and 85 DEGREES IN HERE BECAUSE IT'S 80 DEGREES OUTSIDE! The other tenants and their visitors are disrespectful. We have to constantly ask people to not smoke by the door or play their loud music by the door. Further, dog owners refuse to clean up after their dog's poop, so you have to constantly navigate around dog poop. The place is roach infested, dilapidated, and they don't care about you. Go spend your money somewhere else, because you will be locked in to the longest-feeling 12-month lease of your life."

"My alleged new refrigerator was broke when we moved in and now doest even cool my food. Called the rental office and got hung up on. They could care less"

"Air conditioning does not work. Consistently goes out. Have had maintenance “fix” the AC 4 times in 4 weeks. I’m sick of being hot. UPDATE: It rained and now the paint is peeling off of our walls because the rain is seeping in through the roof and draining down the wall."
