"I was extremely weary to make an appointment here after reading the reviews, but, I can say I have never had any issues as a patient. They have always been friendly and responsive and I honestly haven't had anything but good experiences with the staff at both the Brownsville and Caste Village locations!"

"I brought my 15 year old Autistic son to the office on Roberts road in grindstone to talk about medication options for him . Instead of actually getting a psychiatrist we got an incompetent nurse practitioner named Sam King! First of all the practitioner was extremely rude right off the bat and after only being around my son for 5 minutes started recommending my son be placed in an institution and actually argued with me about it. To quote her she said if I went next door to the dollar tree and he bumped into someone they would call an ambulance and have him hospitalized ! She said he was a danger to himself and my other children my other children love my son Brady she has no real understanding of Autism and shouldn't be working with people with disabilities! She has no business making the recommendations that she did for my son she is incompetent and unqualified and to top it off she repeated private confidential information that I didn't want repeated in front of everyone in the office and other patients. My son and I have never been treated so poorly by anyone the way we were treated by Sam King! I can't believe someone would employee a person like that to work with people with disabilities! I will be pulling my son's medical records filing complaints and telling everyone I know not to come to your facility. I'm so disgusted and disappointed if I could give a review lower than 1 star I would !"
