"Please do yourself a favor and never move here. I know it’s temping with the housing market, but believe me you’ll regret it. We had problems ranging everywhere from bugs, to our AC not working properly all summer long (I was pregnant at the time). Then once we thought the nightmare was over they tried to charge us over 2k in damages when the unit was falling apart the day we moved in. It’s a pitiful excuse for military housing, and families get taken advantage of since many can not afford to live anywhere else. Stay far away. In the photos you can see where the baby monitor says my daughter’s room was 82 degrees. Also the constant ant infestation in the bathroom and bedroom on the second floor. (The cup only had water in it)"
"First of all they have the absolute worst customer service. The manager hung up in my face when I tried telling her they don’t give us any respect in regards to our homes. The manager should not even be working in customer service as she has no sympathy for military members or their families. Put in an service tickets may not even be filled. There’s mold all in our air vents that went unnoticed as it’s hidden and they just paint over because they DO NOT clean the air vents. If I could go back and undo living here I would."
"Lincoln military housing in Annapolis is terrible. The houses are all out of date, infested with spiders, and if you need any jobs done it’s never timely and when they do come, they will just walk in your home. They for ed my family out after we had intended on buying a house but the contract fell through. We gave them adequate time in order stay there and they told us that our house was spoken for and that we still had to move. After moving out they took an absurd amount of time to get the money back they pulled out for rent once we were already moved out (they charged us an entire months rent when we were only there two weeks the finally month). After calling and calling and emailing, we finally got an answer and were informed they had refunded our money, and applied it to the debts that of someone else by mistake. Needless to say, it was months before we ever got our money back. This place does not look out for military and their families. After this awful experience I will never be returing to military housing again."
"Great place to live, top-notch effort, slow to get repair items during the Pandemic, and lawn care leaves much to be desired. Worden Field looks great, why can't the yards that surround it look the same."
"Excellent housing community. Units and grounds are well maintained at all times. Office staff have been extremely helpful and maintenance responds within 24 hours. Exceptional by far!"
