The place is stunning—lobby, common spaces, apartments—and the restaurant and rooftop pool… game-changer! Big shoutout to our leasing agent, Jasmine—super knowledgeable and great to work with. If it were closer to work, it'd be my top choice!"

"The concierge service at The Silva is simply second to none. The diligent, courteous, and professional staff are the building's crowning glory, providing an exceptional level of service that leaves a lasting impression. However, The Silva's star begins to wane when it comes to the issue of indoor air quality. The building suffers from a persistent smoker issue that permeates every floor. The air circulation system, rather than providing fresh air, seems to funnel the smoke from one unit to another. It's an unfortunate circumstance that has, at its worst, necessitated daily laundering of our bedding and store-bought air filters due to the pervasive odor. The quality of the fixtures within each unit also leaves much to be desired. Non-functioning lights and stubborn sliding doors are among the common complaints, presenting a stark contrast to the luxurious promise of the new modern features. The fitness center, albeit well-equipped, is undermined by the prolonged state of disrepair of many of its machines. This is a disappointment for residents who prefer to keep their fitness routines within the building. The rooftop pool is an inviting oasis amidst the cityscape, but the lack of shade is a noticeable drawback. Fixed umbrellas, though present, fail to provide adequate shade where it is most needed. However, the rooftop grills are a redeeming feature. They are remarkably well-maintained and consistently cleaned - a pleasant surprise for those who enjoy a good barbecue. But the greenery surrounding the rooftop has turned into a nesting ground for bees, casting an unintended menacing shadow over the otherwise enjoyable space. In conclusion, while The Silva has its merits, it's clear that it needs to address several issues to truly provide the luxury living experience it promises - and charges for. The current state of affairs, unfortunately, makes it hard to give it my full recommendation."

"I love having made the decision to live at The Silva, It is a fantastic architectural work from every little detail. It is also a place where is a pleasure to live, the maintenance staff is very efficient, Andres and Caryn have been very professional, empathetic and kind. Also the concierge team is amazing, they make me and my family feel comfortable 24/7 especially Jerrod is one of the funniest and stylish people I've ever met ,always ready to give you a smile and a good vibe. The entire staff creates an atmosphere of peace and community that makes us feel at home. Thank you :)"

"It’s been great living at The Silva! Especially grateful for a management and concierge team! Andres and Caryn are professionals and are so easy to work with, they are always understanding and empathetic. Also Jerrod and Sylvienne are amazing, they are always super nice, attentive, personable and helpful, they really make my day every time I communicate with them. One of my favorite things about living here, besides state of the art amenities, are events that are regularly being organized, such as dance classes, yoga and HIIT workouts, feels like the team really cares and always trying to come up with something interesting and create a community atmosphere. "We watched The Silva go up and as soon as floor plans were announced, we quickly selected our stunning top floor apartment with unobstructed west views, floor to ceiling windows, and a generous terrace. Like many of the residents have said, this concierge team and office staff are among the best you will find. It’s true that this rooftop has incredible views. The infinity pool is jaw dropping. There are 360 vantage points for the entire city. There is also a stunning courtyard, but it unfortunately has a bit of a rat problem. Mostly due to residents no closing the gate behind them. For residential gyms, this one is sufficient, but limited. And then there’s the restaurant/cafe/wine bar that never opened. And our lease term of 18 months, ends in April, this year. Quite frankly, the pool and looking out the window at the courtyard, are the two notable amenity features. There’s no common kitchen or event space, other than three small business rooms. The grills on the roof are great, but it’s a warm weather amenity. The amenity fees and the parking fees are significantly high. But, we have loved our apartment. The way this building has been designed is state of the art. Not only are the staff awesome, we have very quickly made wonderful friends here. Any of the negative aspects of this building are to do with the owners. They don’t seem to care about the residents. But I assure you, the staff do. Consistently. If you’re not looking for amenities beyond a seasonal pool, the Silva is a great place to call home. We will miss it. My four star rating instead of five is only related to the limited range of amenities, and the way decisions are made outside of the property. We were underwhelmed by the lease renewal process and were sold on having a cafe in the building that never opened."
