"They dont fix anything or it will take months. Mice and roaches. Check your ac filter closet. Filter been in there for aleast 2 years never change. The have about 12 vacancies. Why cause people tied of complaining about getting stuff fix and living with rodents Soon as my lease up im out. rental office never answer the phone. The 2 maintenance guys they dont do nothing. Nice spacious apts thats it."

"If you like mice, this the place for you! I lived in 3603 for 1year of hell! That building is infested with mice, and I mean infested. I repeatedly asked for pest control. The pest control man would come and put down paper thin glue traps in the kitchen only and leave. I had to start buying poison and traps on a regular basis. I asked to be moved to another unit, I was told I had to pay two months of rent for breaking the lease, and that my rent would increase to 2200.00…. Not paying that at hickory hill! When my lease was up, I was out of there. When we moved the beds and dressers there were holes in the walls like on Tom and Jerry and I’m serious! The extent of the damage was awful. I feel bad for anyone who moves in my old apartment. Don’t live here even if it’s free!"

"Today is my move in day and this is what I see and this is after pushing my move in date back twice, after I paid damn near $3000 to move in a 1br apartment after moving in not on the first. I've been in maintenance 13 years and at any management it's unacceptable"
