"Wow. The agent in the leasing office (Chiquita) was absolutely rude and made the experience off putting. I went in the office for an application and it was probably right when they opened. I work overnight so I utilize the mornings to run errands. I entered the building where the leasing office is located and there’s a door that you have to be buzzed in. There’s no visible sign so my assumption is it’s something you would know if you live there. I reached for the door and it was locked. I peeked through the glass door and she yelled out “Dang give me a sec you act like you can’t wait”. She at the moment was attending to a resident and seemed flustered. She made me wait for a few minutes then buzzed me in. As I entered I explained that I didn’t know that the door required me to be buzzed in. She rolls her eyes and waved me off. She asks what I want and I explain that I would like an application. She looks at me for a few seconds and says well you need to come back I’m not dealing with this right now It’s the beginning of the month I have to process all of these money orders so yeah just come back another time. She never handed me a application, asked for my move in timeline, or stated if there was even availability. I knew in that moment that I would NEVER want to pay money to live somewhere that I could have interactions with someone like that. I was taken aback at her demeanor. She needs to be replaced or take a customer service course."

"I know I live here, and she has a funky personality. It's not what she does. It's how she says many tenants I know say the same things bout her. Like the old saying, give them a rope, and then they will hang themselves self give them an inch they'll take a mile. I love the area where the apartments are nice but outdated. The kitchen appliances have been the same for over 40 years, and I saw someone ask if they take vouchers (yes)they do"

"The leasing agent was discriminating they was disrespectful they had a very heavy attitude I would never recommend these apartments there is no maintenance or security."

"The leasing agent Chaquita was discriminating she act like she was so busy she couldn’t process my app ASAP then told me not to sign my money order. Then lied and said 3rd party company denied me when she’s the one who does approvals and did not have legitimate reason. When I picked up my holding fee the money order had a different day from which I bought it."

"The ladies at the rental office are nice. Water is included with the rent. Free parking. Cable options are Xfinity and Direct Tv. Depending on what side of your apartment building you will only be able to get Xfinity. The maintenance crew is very attentive. Ms. Palmer and Dorothy are great assets to this company. #Lovethem They will make you feel at home as soon as you move in. Since I've lived there is been ok for the price. The price is going up but the quality of the apartments aren't improving. The average for a one bedroom is 1300-1475. Just recently, two cars got vandalized. It has most occupants wondering about the security of your vehicle. No pool. Basketball court across the street. Quiet neighborhood in the day time."
