"Beware I used to work here and was asked to write the below review by my employer…. I love this place!!! My apartment is so nice and the new management has done a lot of amazing work throughout the entire property. The manager is amazing and always helps me with anything I need. My maintenance requests are answered right away. I have been here for 12 years and I don't want to move any time soon. If you are looking for a gorgeous apartment with a management that really cares, this is the place to be!!!"

"Maintenance here is amazing. They always respond to any issues I may have. I have been living here for 17 years and I don't plan on going anywhere!!! All the work the new management has done is incredible. The manager is great and always is ready to help. I highly recommend these apartments."

"This place is horrible ! First their mice everywhere & it’s May 20th 2021 it’s currently 80-90 degree and theirs no AC in my unit . And occasionally roaches but we had to put bait down ."

"The worst place to live ever I been here for 3 years the first year was ok then that’s when the promblems started the rental office is rude they lie to you and tell you what u want to hear just to get you out their face the manger doesn’t even acknowledge you and they are bugs and mice mice was so bad I had to get a cat roaches even crawl up and down the hallways you call and put a ticket in the take up to 2 days just to fix it the neighbor plays music loud all hours of the day you compliant the rental office does nothing this was my first apartment and my first bad experience I knw now the next apartment I move in what to look for never run into this again plze don’t move here it’s cheap but not worth it you get what u pay for a mess drug dealers all thre the hallways people car get broken into every week it’s not worth the things people work hard for to get ruined because the leasing office want to be lazy and not take action move in at your own risk oh the leasing lady ericka would lie to you in a min and act like she’s all for you when really she’s not she’s lazy and don’t do nothing"

"Riverdale Towers is not a very good place to stay. Their management is very bad and they have roaches, rats, and bugs in there. They had a storm 6/29/12 where their roof blew off and they left their tenants in dangerous housing which exposed electric cords because they were renovating. 22 tenants were left without housing from the storm."
