"Receptionist seemed to be discriminating against me bc I am self-employed/uninsured and was asking for self pay. Wouldn’t let me make the appointment, told me I couldn’t afford it and to go get insurance or go to MedExpress. I explained that what I need is beyond MedExpress’s care and would likely require blood tests etc. She said her doctor probably won’t do blood testing and doctors don’t just do blood testing bc a patient wants it done. Well I got a same day appointment at a place down the road, my blood tests came back and my numbers were quite bad, some at emergency level so I can’t help but wonder why the doctor “probably wouldn’t have done blood testing” hopefully he/she is psychic I suppose. Also was cheaper than a MedExpress visit so I’m not sure of the logic when I was told I couldn’t afford it. Anyways.. she said she’d call me back, took my number, not my name. Never called."

"My nurse practitioner, Julliann Romasco is really great. She's polite, friendly, funny, and definitely in the right line of work. The receptionists and nurse are mostly really nice as well."
