"This is an update: My first encounter was with Ms Edna, as she walked us through the leasing process. She showed us a very large unit that has two large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and linen closets and a large laundry room that can accommodate a deep freezer... And yes we were overjoyed. To sign the initial lease. I can say that my experience with Edna was outstanding. One day a delivery person came into the office screaming and yelling. She handled it like a professional. She was informing the delivery person where to drop off the package. And she kept very calm so that he could understand the process of delivering the package. I have been living here for 2 years and the management been switched a couple times but recently I feel like I’ve had such a great experience. Rachel has been amazing! She really shows that she cares about her tenants. She’s really been so helpful with some things I’ve needed assistance with. I love living in a community where the leasing office really have your back. It’s the great customer service that she has and really listening to my concerns.
