"I really enjoy staying at Studio 3807. The leasing agents are caring, my neighbors are really kind, and the maintenance team keeps the property nice and resolves issues quickly. Recently I had an issue with my heater and they came ASAP to work on it. They communicated with me the entire time and then checked the next day to make sure that it was truly fixed. I really appreciate the work that all staff do to make sure that property is well taken care and residents are happy."

I have been looking for a unit for some time and units go fast but Johnnie encouraged me to keep looking daily. "I moved into my apartment yesterday and will say that I’ve been impressed by the team here from my tour to move-in. Johnnie, my leasing agent answered every question I had over the several weeks before move-in. Additionally, during my virtual tour he was very thorough about showing me everything and asking if there were other things I wanted to see since I could not be there myself. Once it came to move-in, the process was very smooth and calm. Steven showed me around the building and my apartment and answered every question I had.
