"I have been living here since August 2023, I am happy with the community, it is a very quiet and safe place, they are quick to solve any repairs within the Apartment, the office is open 7 days a week, the only thing I am not pleased with is with the parking lots to receive visitors, the Crane does not stop bothering visitors."

The leasing process was quick and straightforward, they personally escorted me on the tour of several vacant units, walked me through my choices of occupancy. The website was easy to navigate,and helpful links."

"I have been experiencing so much discrimination at this property. Tenant needs and complaints aren't taken seriously by management. Tenants are often threatened for speaking out for their rights and against injustice. After being asked to break my lease, now they are saying I don't have a lease. I have been disrespected and threatened by staff members. My daughter was greatly affected by the lack of accountability and harm from the property. I refused to be pushed out of my home for knowing and expressing my rights as a tenant."

"please please don't spend your money to live in queens town apartments it's a headache having to deal with the extreme infestation of cockroaches and other insects. When you ask for help to solve the problem, the response to the problem is late and the truth is that there is no positive change. It's frustrating trying to resolve this cockroach infection on my own. The truth is that a professional extermination team is needed and that they really follow up because I have had this same problem for two months and the extermination team only comes when you ask for it"

"Queenstown Apartments is very deceiving. Don’t be fooled by their photos on their homepage. My fiancé and I have been living here for 8 months now. I have never seen so many roaches in my apartment in my entire life of renting. The roaches and ants are in our bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room area. There’s no safe space. My fiancé and I are very clean people, but no matter what we do they appear especially during the warmer months and nights. I’ve called James, maintenance director, at least 7 times since we’ve moved here about the same issue. He claims an exterminator comes out every Wednesday and he’ll add us to the list. I haven’t noticed any difference plus they don’t leave notes or lock the top lock of our front door (very unprofessional). I’m 37 weeks pregnant. I shouldn’t have to put up with this! It’s very frustrating to come home after a long day of work. All I want to do is nap then I notice roaches and ants crawling in our bed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here. Please save yourself some time. The low pricing of renting here is not worth it! We are moving out on Friday. Our lease ends on September 1st but I refuse to live here any longer!"
