"On December 13. 2022, I placed an order for delivery, a birthday gift for a family member. I live in a different state. I received confirmation that the order. A large bottle of Hennessey Black to be delivered on December 14, 2022. As of today December 16th, NuWave Liquors has not delivered the item and informed me last evening that it does not deliver. The merchant is also refusing to refund my money, a $96.74 purchase. While I intend to pursue a refund by all means legitimate, I wanted to share my negative experience with NuWave Liquors in Ft.Washingto n, MD. 964 Swan Creek Rd. E #5251."

"This store is staffed by a group of the rudest people you can find in a retail store. They act as if they are doing you a favor by selling you a bottle of wine, they never have a friendly greeting, they never say “thank you”, nor do they ever say “please come again”. They often remain on the telephone or continue a conversation behind the counter when you are attempting to check out. They have lost my patronage and I hope if you have a negative experience, you too will discontinue patronizing them."

"If I could give zero stars I would. The two cashiers /owners behind the counter are complete A holes. I strongly suggest that people in the Fort Washington community stop spending their earned money at this store. Their wine is 5 to 10 dollars overpriced and they are Beyond rude. You should not spend your money where you are not wanted."
