Queens Manor Gardens Apartments

"Lived there from 2013 to 2018 way too long. Worst move of my life. Rats, roaches and the last straw were the bedbugs. They allowed a gapping hole to remain in the ceiling of my 2 boys room for almost a year. Ruined their beds. Had to call health department on them to get it fixed. Still have pictures of it all. Has anyone had the "Rent was stolen" scam perpetrated against them?Please let me know. These thieves have the audacity to still be claiming that I owe them money, and trying to take me to court. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my WORST ENEMY."

"Absolutely the WORST place I’ve ever lived! If it was possible to leave no stars I would. Way overpriced and will hound you over a payment while they absolutely NEGLECT any maintenance that is required on their end of the deal. Rats and roaches infest the place, ovens/stoves do not work, stairwell rails hanging off the walls (of which I nearly fell and hurt myself AND my elderly mother), mold, holes in walls, dishwashers not even bolted in right, and FILTHY common areas. Most of these have been ongoing problems for months that they refuse to address yet they are on top of making sure they get paid. To top it off, a laundromat that you have to pay for with machines that do not even work. I WILL BE reporting them to housing authority if these issues don’t get resolved soon and cannot wait til my lease is over."

"I’ve been here too long for my liking. There is a roach and mice infestation that clearly the complex does not care to address. I have called about the two holes in my bathroom ceiling to get fixed; but no one has came yet. It’s really bad in this place and they should do a better job and keeping their place up to code. I live in a place I once felt comfortable and now dread to go home because of the disrespect and negligence of their up-keeping. I pay my rent on time and all the time and I shouldn’t be subjected to to these unpleasant living situations. I’ve been looking for a better living situation because this is no longer it for me and my sanity."

"This apartment complex is filled with rats, roaches, fleas, spiders, grasshoppers, and so much more. The people in the leasing office will do absolutely nothing about it. When I first saw the reviews and pictures of this apartment complex, it appeared nice. What stood out to me the most was that it was AFFORDABLE. Once I found out about the infestations, the cheap rent made much more sense. As a warning for your health and sanity, stay away from Queens Manor Gardens, it was the WORST decision of my life."
