"Don't move at LaSalle Apartment: My first two weeks was great living in Lasalle apartments instill the neighbors complaint about missing Amazon package all the time. also, the neighbors across the street would be drinking outside with loud music all time even the security guard or management couldn't stop them from having fun.Also, they have a mouse and roach problem as well. I would rate this place a zero for bad customers service, they care more about the money and not issue happening in the community."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Reasons why: 1. They have a really bad bug problem & they don’t care to fix it 2. They have mice & rats that chew through laundry in the basement (where the washer & dryers are) 3. Management are scammers, they get over on undocumented residents so they try to do the same to others. 4. Their pipes are really bad annd there’s floods/leaks all the time and the buildings have mold from them not drying the water damage. All they do is paint over it 5. They make up stuff as they go 6. Emergency maintenance does not exist. 7. Something illegal is happening with management so be careful with giving them your sensitive information."

"Semi affordable, ent to view yer ago, small apartments, no washer and dryer inside, balcony but connected right next to other units so seems it lacks privacy, has a big fenced in dog park area, and is right off a main road, bus stops close , and near several fast food and grocery stores and not too far from West Hyattsville metro station."

I lived here between 2018-2020 Pros: -good location -Some apartments get great natural light - Although this place has its problems management was on top of responses and communicating when maintenance would be coming by Cons: -My main complaint was that I was told the apartment I rented was under construction and that it would have features that they did not plan on installing during the management switch. -Neighbors can be really noisy here at night -The pool didn’t open for two years and the intercom for the doors would not work -Some units have broken central heat/ac and they would not fix them (be careful with buildings with window units)"
