"PLEASE DO NOT TRUST CYNTHIA TO DO YOUR TAXES!! SHE WILL SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS, THEN GHOST YOU FOR MONTHS!! I was recommended to her by a friend, who had used her for years. She ghosted both of us and REFUSED to RETURN my documents. BAD, BAD Business!!"
"After over 12 years of doing a great job with our taxes. In 2020 this company just completely ghosted us. Gave her all of our information as usual and then just didn't do our taxes. When I finally caught up with them during the 2021 tax season to ask if I could have my 2020 taxes done. I was told I could pick up my completed taxes the next day. Went the next day and was told that she was not going to do our taxes. Zero explanation as to why 2020 wasn't done in the first place nor any explanation why I was lied to about being able to pick up completed taxes the next day. Just was given all my information back to me as I gave it to them with no reason why the job they were hired to do was not done at all. It's very unfortunate and terrible business practice. Lastly the tax preparer Cynthia made her mom who runs the front desk do the dirty work while she cowardly chose not to have a conversation as to why you didn't do your job! Won't ever use again!"
