Mice entered my apartment through the bottom of my door because they left a hole In the door when I moved in. I quickly noticed mice in my apartment afterwards. It has been a truly awful experience living in a mice infested apartment. The staff and maintenance are friendly enough but this place is full of mice. I am breaking my lease early due to this..."

"If you want an apartment from these people make sure you don't tell your current landlord you're moving until it's official. If you do you might end up homeless. These people will have you wait weeks with no phone call and when you call them they never have enough info. It's like these people have no idea of what the hell they're doing. They make getting an apartment like it's hard work. It should never take over a month to be approved. I went somewhere else and was approved overnight and moved in 2 days later. These people at Gateway Gardens move slow as wax. Don't waste your money for an application fee."
