"Horrible experience with Autumn Woods. The current Manager and management is despicable. They work in Synergy with Towing company to issue fraudulent parking stickers( duplicated parking stickers ) to tenants so they can intent come tow your cars and term it invalid. I lived in these apartments for close to three year's. Upon entry we were given two parking stickers for our two cars after submitting the required paperwork. We parked for close to three years without issues, until one faithful morning we got up prepared for work, got to the parking lot and couldn't find our Car.It had been whisked off by fastlane towing in connivance with the leasing office on claims that our parking sticker was Invalid. The same parking sticker issued by the leasing office and being used for almost three years became invalid that morning. According two them our car had the same parking sticker with another tenant. The question is who issued it? The leasing office ofcourse. Despite showing paper proofs issued by the management permiting and approving us to park, the manager vehemently refused to request the tow to return our car. It was like a movie before my very eyes. The manager even pulled out papers which serve as proof that our car is recognized in their system but because of her ego and intention to make money from us refused to demand for the tow to release our car. Despite repeated calls, visits and emails requesting for the issue to be investigated and explained to me why my car should have the same sticker number with that of another tenant, this Lady ( manager ) never replied to me or gave me any attention. To cut the story short they go about distributing duplicated parking stickers to tenants so they can use it as a reason to tow people's cars and make money from it. The manager has no respect for tenants, she speaks to tenants rudely and would not show any concern over the complains of tenants. I wouldn't advice any body to go seeking to rent there."

"Alecia is a good administrator helping tenant in renewal of there lease agreement. She is very professional individual with knowledge about the complex . She is very well spoken with good people skills. I like the complex and have being leaving here since 2015. My only issue is have noticed some mouse in my apartment. Have killed some but I don't know where they coming from. They need to remodel the apartment and paint the steps."
"I living there since 2017 but this new manager!!!! OMG no no!!!! . She doesn’t do her work. and she speaks very badly to the resident. If we could remove it and leave the other staff it would be better. It's been 3 months since they made the mistake with my rent. My rent should normally increase in December but since June she’ll has increased my rent by mistake but to correct the amount she does not do it. But she pretends and speaks badly to the residents I went to see her several times, she said that I was right and she had to make an adjustment so that I could pay my money online, so as to no longer call off at work to come and pay my rent. until today she has never done so. when I go to the leasing office she always answers me "I will do it straight away, don't worry" but at the end of the day no change. IF YOU’RE TOO BUSY ALLOWED YOURS STAFF TO DO IT You are a manager, you are there to satisfy the residents and do your job normally. Since 3 months I have had to go to the leasing office to pay my normal rent and then I receive orange and red notifications in front of my door because of you( Manager ) it’s not nice what you’re doing."
