Dr. Allison Bashe 117 VIP Drive, Wexford, PA 15090

Dr. Allison Bashe is a licensed psychologist and the Regional Clinic Director of New Directions, located at 117 VIP Drive in Wexford, Pennsylvania. She specializes in providing treatment for adolescents and adults, with a focus on the connection between physical and mental health challenges. Dr. Bashe uses an integrative approach to care, incorporating mindfulness, cognitive, behavior, interpersonal, and motivational methods to help clients cope with internal and external challenges.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Bashe also serves as the Regional Clinic Director, supporting providers in caring for the mental health of clients. With years of experience in administrative positions, she works with management and administrative teams to ensure the highest standard of care at New Directions. Dr. Bashe is a Pittsburgh native who returned to the area in 2011 after living in Colorado for 12 years. She received her BA in Psychology and English from the University of Pennsylvania and her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Stony Brook University.

Outside of work, Dr. Bashe enjoys traveling, trying new foods, listening to music, reading novels, appreciating fine arts, and watching movies with friends and family. At New Directions Mental Health, the team is dedicated to providing services throughout the Pittsburgh region, offering appointments and referrals without discrimination based on various factors.
