"This place was super disappointing….i drove over 40 minutes only to turn around not even 1 hour later and get back on the road. Parents screaming at all of the kids inside of the dirty deflated moon bounce. I was approached by 1 of the very nasty ladies screaming stating that my son was attacking her son & that he was too big to be inside of the moon-bounce. I was watching him the entire time. My son is very tall for his age however, he is still a preschooler. He wanted to enjoy the moon-bounce like every other child in there…clearly because my son was the only tall African American child in the moon bounce at the time it became an issue. Needless to say we will not be returning."

"I had such a ball the last time I went. I celebrated our dog's 2nd birthday at Shipgarten, Nov 2023. I did a flight of IPAs, people-watched while lounging on the velvet couches, also...while listening to the live act play his guitar, and sing pop songs... I love a spot that is not only cheerful for the patrons, but the employees seem to enjoy working there, too. The only drawback is that the food is lil pricey for a bar atmosphere but it's all good, because they make it up in experiences... There is always an engaging event happening at the ShipGarten. Make sure to check their website before going, so you'll be prepared. Can't wait to go back."

"There are a lot of options to eat with no real directions re: how to order. I went for Oktoberfest fest. Had 2 sausages, the smallest cucumber salad and small fries for $25. Thanks goodness the beer tasting (found a new drink) had me in pleasant mood and the weather was fantastic because food wasn't that great for the price. Forgot the photo. Wish they had the actual portion sizes present, I would have simply eaten elsewhere and came here for drinks. Cute bathroom though"

"After dinner at Han Palace, my fiance and I decided to Shipgarten. They have Open Mic Night on Tuesdays, Trivia Night on Wednesdays, Karaoke Night on Thursdays, Request Fridays, All Day Party on Saturdays, and Family Days and Music Bingo on Sundays. When we programmed there, we didn't know they didn't have parking on-site. We followed the shuttle to the parking lot and caught the shuttle before it left. Upon entry, we were carded by Security. When you enter, you'll notice a DJ and a huge chess set. There were at least four spots - Waffles and Tacos, Salamati, Tysons Biergarten, and RollBar, where you could order food and drinks. They have trailer style bathrooms, beer pong tables, an area for children to play under parental supervision, and tent with bar and dance floor. If I return, it will not be for Request Friday. I felt like the music genre didn't fit the venue and was geared towards a younger crowd."
