"Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. The place if full of Mice! I should have known something was going on when all of my neighbors on the lower floors moved out around the same time ! I have never experienced anything like it! When i first moved here the property was in what I perceived as good condition i had zero issues . But ever since the change in property manger(s)and maintenance… its become run down . maintenance requests are either ignored or half done. My phone calls are almost never answered because the office is always closed for some reason. Its infuriating ! The only thing they seemed to do right is bring on they’re new maintenance tech who completed my request last month and actually did it properly & was nice enough to not only fix what i put in a request for but the other issues i had that were ignored prior to."

"Cierra is the leasing agent that assisted me through my whole process. She kept me informed every step of the way. She listened to my needs and was able to find me the best apartment that accommodated me. She did service with a smile, which is very rare these days. Even still when I walk into the office, it's still the same energy from her. She definitely made my decision to choose Elms at Old Mill an easy one. She is definitely a great asset to this property."

"I've had a great experience with this place until today. I move in 2/10/2023 and I have not done a walk-through. I called and asked to do a walk-through and were told that was fine. I am at the leasing office and no one is here. I've been calling since 9am until 2pm and no one is answering. The website says its opened but no one is in the office. This is extremely frustrating as I do not live in Maryland. I drove here today to do the walk-through before I moved in and thos was a complete waste of time."
