"Very impressed! The Next Generation Team is professional, easy to interact with, and they LISTEN! Any parent is comforted when a doctor or nurse listens to their child’s biggest advocate (the parents). In addition to an amazing medical staff, they have easy sick hours, easy appointment scheduling and are very pleasant people. We are thankful to have found this practice after we moved to the area. "I love this office! The doctors, PA's, nurses and admin staff are all wonderful! They are always friendly and helpful to answer all of my questions, even the minor/little things, and if a nurse has to call me back on the phone they do so in a timely manner. I can get my child in to be seen when sick the same day, and we usually don't have to wait long in the waiting room once we're there. They have a separate waiting room for babies so they don't have to be in the same waiting room as sick children. Very thoughtful and much appreciated! I have been taking my children here for about 4 years and don't have any complaints. I agree with another reviewer that any specialist we've been referred to has also been wonderful. As for a review regarding office policies, I recently had an insurance issue with my newborn not showing up in the system. Next Gen called me a few days before his scheduled appointment to tell me so. However, the staff was extremely considerate and willing to take the extra step to help. They let me bring my child in for his 1 month check-up anyway rather than changing the appointment. I just had to follow-up with them a few days later when I knew he was finally listed on our insurance. No problems! Also, I love the walk-in hours and evening hours they have to offer. For a working mom like me, you can't beat it!"

"I have been using Next Gen Peds for 6 years now, and I have always loved the entire staff. Very informative and friendly. They always go above and beyond to make my child feel comfortable and the walk in hours and evening hours are SO convenient come cold and flu season. I would never take my son anywhere else.
