The staff is courteous, and goes far and beyond expectations. Maintenance is awesome, we have never been disappointed or have we ever had to wait around. "Complete disappointment after new management took over. We where giving 18 days to move out without having to pay an additional $300+ dollars a month in fees. This doesn’t seem legal. They are doing all of this on Christmas and are not willing to renew our lease with zero explanations on why. Manger is almost never there and will NEVER RETURN A CALL. I’m not sure why Promenade hates my family but I wish this company would have a heart and care about it’s tenants... Other than hateful management this was a nice place to live."
