The care and costumer service are top notch and we feel like as with all businesses, people will come and go but the core crew remains dedicated and the same. "I've been having some medical problems. I haven't had a pcp before and wanted to make them mine. I went in for an initial visit and then had to wait almost a month to be seen because the only dr that works there was on vacation and the assistant was too busy to see me at all. When I finally went there I found the Doctor to be rude and I feel like I was treated like garbage. The only good thing about pittsburgh family practice was patty at the front desk."

"The 5 stars are for Zoe and Patti and Dee I can’t express how sad I am that Zoe is leaving. I just I actually liked going to the doctors. I loved having her as my dr she was the only one that fought for me. I loved her personality and just her as a person. I remember saying to her the 2nd time I saw her I said “Please don’t leave me” and she said “I’m not going nowhere “ because I hated to start over again I’ve done that too many times. I feel like they may lose a 10yr patient. The new dr doesn’t know my chronic pain ( Fibromyalgia) . It really hurts my heart that she’s leaving. If it wasn’t for her I would be paralyzed snd I thank her so very much for all she’s done fir me. I hope where she’s going will realize they have someone special . They are lucky to have you. As for me, like I said I don’t want to start all over again with someone new. So I will just I’m sure give up on going to a new person. I appreciate all that she has done for me. Luv her much!"

I called and said I had upmc for you and they don't take upmc for you so the lady on the phone gave me the info to change my insurance and make them my pcp than I could have an appt.no waiting. Than they tried to say they didn't say any of that . How else would I know the info if I didn't call the doctors office and know"

"Worst practice I've ever visited. No regard for patient privacy or HIPAA compliance. Staff billed me for the wrong service and are refusing to change it unless I come in for another visit. No records are encrypted or stored electronically. Staff will provide confidential patient details if you just provide your name and date of service. Not even your full legal name! The doctor on staff works at another practice and cannot find time to meet or speak with patients. I never met with the doctor, and have been told that the doctor would call me, but still has never called."
