"I fully understand why they have low reviews. I called to view an available unit and was met with opposition by the male who answered the phone. First, he starting asking tons of questions but was referring to answer when I could view the property. When I asked if it was a secret society or something by the way he was acting he said no. He confirmed the unit was ready to view and I asked if I could view the unit today. He told me no Friday. Now if the unit is ready for view why do I have to wait 2 days to view it. I could see if this was a private landlord. It’s a company. There is always someone there I assume during business hours so why can’t I view the unit? I said nevermind… guess I’ll go view my first choice in the area Heritage Hills which has a much higher rating than this property. I had already planned to view both but he made the decision easy."

"The first year here was great but there has been a drastic change in the property as well as the neighborhood. We had attempted to reach out to staff to correct issues but are told that we need to take pictures of the offenders or that we are picking on others or even ignored. We have put up with rodents, illegal daycares, listening to parents cursing at children outside and through the walls, children literally screaming all morning, another tenant playing golf in the parking lot, cigarette butts in front of the building, the smell of marijuana coming through vents, neighbors cutting down trees; spraying chemicals, vehicle damage and package theft. We requested an exterminator on several occasions. Again, the first one was great, they walked around and placed traps, checked old traps and provided feedback. Then later on IF the “exterminator” showed they walked in and walked out. No traps placed and no services performed. I was told once that the exterminator had come to my apartment by the office staff even though I had been home all day and had seen no one. She basically said I was a liar and then said I would need to wait until they come out in a week there was nothing she could do. We became our own exterminators, purchasing glue traps and unfortunately disposing of mice sometimes on a daily basis. Many mornings I was awakened by one crying trapped. I reached out to the office via telephone, their App and email to request some assistance with this issue especially when we caught 4 mice in less than one week. We placed glue traps around the apartment everywhere and sealed all holes with steel wool because we could not figure out where they were coming from. The last month we were there one of the maintenance staff came in and his exact words were “Wow you guys are still having problems with mice?”. He asked because he saw the glue traps at the base of the stairs in the laundry area, in the kitchen (in front of the stove and refrigerator), in the door ways of the each bedroom. There were often times the mice would just dart out under furniture and it just became uncomfortable. We were too paranoid to sit there comfortably and too ashamed to entertain for fear of a rodent running out. For the life of me we can not figure out the dire need to assign parking, repaint lines in the parking lot and design parking passes when there were so many other things that need/needed to be tended to on the property. Why does the “security gate” close only on some evenings and most others not. What happened to the security that use to patrol the property. Why are tenants allowed to drop old furniture and garbage outside the dumpster and there is no penalty. What happened to this property… The office staff is rude and just unpleasant to deal with if you are lucky enough to get them on the phone. We became maintenance, security and exterminators for an apartment that should have been responsible for those items and we just could not do it any longer. We wrote a letter stating that we moved out and the Manager called immediately stating he understood. We then received a letter in the mail a few months later that we were in collections for over $2000. We tried a mediator because we could not get anyone on the phone. The mediators calls went unanswered because the Manager stated he did not know the number that called him or what the call was in reference to. So we were summoned to court to pay over $5000."

"Lived here for 7 years it was great and the management was nice and the up keep of the community was excellent. My last few years there was the worst. The rental office is crooks and will set you up. They charged us a late fee for paying the rent on the 5th behind our backs but didn’t tell us until we went to try to get pool passes. We owed like 500 dollars in late fees. So we couldn’t use the pool. Fine our last month they claimed that they never got Decembers rent but it’s proof that the check was cashed by them and we put it in the box it was an eviction notice on the door I called to see what happened the lady was rude and nasty and said our lease is up In January but it was February on the lease. She told us to leave in 10 days. the upkeep of the place was getting bad overflowing dumpsters, dog poop all over the place and the gates never work properly. Old appliances. Only thing that I miss about here is r the convenience it has everything around the area."

"We have been here for 5 years. This community is a gem. It’s conveniently located in Glen Burnie. The neighborhood is safe and well kept. This community is filled with love, plenty of families and friends. The units are spacious with plenty of room to grow. The office staff and maintenance staff are responsive and helpful. Our time here has been met with kindness and compassion. This community has exceeded my expectations."
