"Very bad first experience with the locks in the apartments, no warning about how the door locks behind you and leaves you locked out, or even how to open the door. The website claims they provide 24-hour maintenance service but we happen to get locked out while moving in our things at 12am and call, someone answers just to tell us it’s “policy” they cannot give us access and have to wait till morning. I hate to disturb someone so late but we have medication that needs to be taken on the hour and a stressed cat in a new environment that needs to be comforted. We offered to pick up the key and they continued to recite that it’s against company policy. Way to leave your residents on the street for the night."
