"This is the ONLY place I will go for bloodwork. I have vasovagal syncope which causes me to pass out if I’m not reclined during a blood draw. It’s embarrassing and annoying to deal with, but I always have such kind and caring phlebotomists who are patient, understanding and never give me any issues about the fainting possibility. A recliner is always available and the always offer me juice afterwards which is honestly just a nice thing to do. Such great staff here!"

"Spent months as an outpatient in their PT/OT department, feel this is an exceptional facility for such services. Erin, one of the occupational therapists is hands down, one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever encountered in my decades of receiving various services at St. Clair. Her knowledge and professional skills, along with her ongoing encouragement and support are extraordinary and by far the best that I’ve ever seen. "Showed up for my appointment and they never got pre-approval for my procedure. Reception asked me "did you get pre-approval?" which indicates they didn't even realize that it's not the patient's job to get pre-approval. They have no idea what they are doing. Avoid"

"After an hour of waiting I am finally checked in so now I actually start waiting for my x-ray. All they say is something like, “Someone will be with you shortly” and yell out names. No sense of how long the wait is. I find this system incredibly distressing. Use pagers or a list on an electronic board; all the yelling is too much. The people are nice but the system is terrible and not at all customer-focused. I will only come back here if I have to."
