"I like their products. They are a tad high, but it's Black Girl Luxury in my opinion. However, my problem is the lengthy shipping time. It takes (very close to) a month to get a bottle of oil. I also don't like they don't seem to see that's an issue. In the beginning their reason was being new, still ironing out the kinks but it's been YEARS and it's still the same. I order sparingly because of it, I don't think that's the best customer service practice. After my last purchase I'll just have to limit my use of the oils because I won't be ordering again, it's not sensible for me. Good products though so if you're local I think it's still worth it."

"Zen in a Jar is amazing. I have been religiously buying her products for several years now and have never had any issues. All of the scents are amazing and last for hours on end. Layering scents is a favorite of mine to create custom scent blends that work well for you. You can’t go wrong with any of the products either. As a bonus so many of the products complement one another beautifully."
