"After a month long search for a new place, I came across Bay Hills Apartments. Once I saw the apartment with such a nice layout of spacious master bedroom, spacious living w/dining room and the terms of lease. At first glance it seems too good to be true but the management fulfilled their promises and I got the signed lease within less than 24 hours, even though the terms of lease I was looking for, were little complex but they made the approval process fast and easy. I can truly say that the leasing agent Christina Tassy & property manager Barbara Wurzberger are very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and their customer services skills are outstanding. If I could, I would have given them 10stars for their customer services. They were diligent in assisting on every step of the way and were able to respond with the immediacy and detail. It was truly a pleasure dealing with such a nice team. I must say their customer services skills are one of the main reasons for me to take immediate decision of moving in. The neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors are too. This is like a tight net family community; everyone looks out for each other. The grounds were very well kept and having a balcony facing the golf course is also nice. I am pretty sure that the management takes pride in the property here and it shows in the way they upkeep the landscape and apartment buildings. I would highly recommend Bay Hills Apartments."

"My wife and I loved living here for over a year. It is a very nice area to live in and there is so much you can walk to. Barb and the Bay Hills Staff were always available to help us if we needed anything. We only moved because we purchased a house a mile away. Thanks to Bay Hills and their staff!"

"I really like it here, and worth the cost. Have a couple issues with the maintenance and what not. The buildings are old though, so I understand up keep is difficult but still. They need to have more than one maintenance guy. They have fixed all my issues I've had promptly, I had a water spot on the ceiling and I'm on the third floor. They came the next day, I submitted the work order at night because that's when I saw it, and fixed it. My biggest issue is with a neighbor, she keeps coming over saying my music, tv, etc are too loud. I'm in the kitchen roughly 5ft from the speakers, tv, Xbox, you name it and can't here it. Then an hour later I here her yelling and screaming and throwing crap in her apartment. My only complaint and was already addressed to management."
