Total Wine & More

"Ok so this wasn’t in the actual store, but the woman was wearing her uniform I work at one of the fast food places nearby and this blonde, curly haired woman with glasses and a white total wine shirt SCREAMED at me ( a minor) about having to park her during a massive lunch rush a couple weeks ago, saying she could not park in the open area since it was an “illegal parking spot” and couldn’t park in the parking lot I told her she could park in since she “didn’t want to” No one where I work at wants to park people, like I’m a low level employee, I understand it was just a sandwich but screaming at a minor over food is ridiculous, if this is how employees act to low level food workers then don’t expect any of my future business when I’m old enough, like screaming? Over a sandwich? I get people need to eat during their lunch break as well as it being a small item and having to park sucks, but still, I shouldn’t be screamed at over something I have no control over, I had to call out my GM since she kept insisting she couldn’t park. ."

"Carl, the manager, explained that I, a 41 year old black female with a license in hand was unable to purchase wine, even though I have brought my children with me to do a pick up SEVERAL times and never had an issue, but apparently when I had my 19 year old mentally and physically handicapped sister with me (who cannot be left in the car) I was refused service. Carl, the manager, his rebuttal was “we assume anyone with you that does not have an ID, we assume you are purchasing the alcohol for them. Why would I give my mentally and physically disabled sister booze? I am at a loss for words and highly recommend using common sense in these situations, or maybe, you deserve to employee these types of people that 100% lack common sense. Absolute WORST experience."

"I ordered a wine delivery order in preparation for a family get-together at Lake Anna. I opened my favorite box, yes box haters, of Barefoot chardonnay, took a drink, and immediately vomited, then vomited again, and again, no exaggeration. The boxing date was 2018. TW&M followed with an email asking how my delivery was, and I responded with "Are you trying to kill me?" with the following images. Absolutely no response to this date."

"Very friendly and excellent customer service !!!! They are also knowledgeable on things like gluten free beer and as someone with celiacs this is a big deal !!!!"

"Stopped in for a bottle of wine we had enjoyed with a meal. The manager had three employees talking about personal things. I interrupted the conversation for help to find the wine. One of employees walked us to the aisle and pointed. Said “around here” and quickly went back to the manager for more conversation. I’ve been in Total Wine and More across the country. This was the worst customer service store I’ve stopped in."
