"Management is terrible. Not communicating what is going on the property especially when it comes to car theft, etc. Management does not care about its residents and are incredibly rude"
"Veronica use to be great. She helped with the move in process and was very kind in the beginning. My AC unit had went out and i went without air conditioning for a few weeks. They eventually ended up putting a temp unit in the window. When maintenance replaced the AC unit, something wasn't right because i ended up experiencing mice! I made several complaints and eventually ended up moving out, which made Michelle very upset. She was always rude and ghetto, but when i needed help the most she went from 0 to 100! Veronicas attitude soon switched too and she became unpleasant as well. It was if they were mad at me for experiencing mice in property they managed. After the move out, came the lies which i expected from Michelle because again she has always been "ghetto" but i was surprised at Veronica. Beware !"
"I live in this complex for the past 4 years . so far since new company took over best thing ever happen , MS. Veronica and Ms. Michelle are the best always willing to help you in every concern you have . They really make u feel comfortable and safe. My son actually feels at safe . I really recommend this place to my friends several have move in and they do not regret the decision of making this Home . always cleaning and doing renovations."
"I was supposed to live here only 2 years but it magically ended up becoming 4 and counting. The floors of my apartment were very squeaky and when management came to fix it, they left cement streakings on my fridge. Our shower head also was very sensitive in the beginning, if the water pressure was too much/high, it would start to, how do I say this, convulse? It was very annoying and inconvenient especially in the mornings but the odd part is it got fixed even though we never told management. All the problems in my apartment were "fixed" by management because it annoyed our neighbors more than it annoyed us which is ironic. Many of the reviews complain about roaches but I guess we got lucky in that category because I've only ever seen 2 roaches in the 4 years we've lived here. Some issues, however, just can't be fixed like the thin walls and floors. I recommend living here as a rest stop before buying/resting a house or townhouse for 2 years, maybe 3 because at the fourth year, it really starts to get tired. I might just be biased because I wanna move but all my warnings are true"
"Pros: spacious floor plans and grounds upkeep Cons: Noise and Roaches. The flooring and walls in the apartments are horrible. You can hear everything! This by far has been the worst apartment I’ve lived in. The wood under the carpet needs to be relayed and cemented in order to trap noise. It sounds like we all live in one big house because you can hear everyone walk, talk, or even cough. When I first moved in I was 8.5 months pregnant and my apartment was filled with roaches. Roaches would crawl on my newborn baby and our food. It was disgusting. I had to call Grady Management to receive the proper pest treatment because the leasing office was no help. The leasing office needs to fully exterminate all apartments before moving others in. Also I’ve been without roaches for 7 months and the drill holes in my apartment are still here. Maintenance never came by to patch the holes up as I was promised. I would only recommend this place to the hard of hearing and those who don’t mind insects."
