Heritage Square Apartments

"The customer service was very poor. I initially called to schedule a tour for a 2-bedroom apartment, and it was confirmed for Saturday. Upon arriving with my wife and child, the receptionist, who was the only person in the office, suggested making another appointment. We agreed and scheduled a new appointment, only to find out upon arrival that they didn’t have a 2-bedroom available. It’s frustrating that they scheduled a tour when the apartment wasn’t even available. Overall, a terrible experience."

"I have been here almost three months now and I want out. The tenants above me makes my life hell with music all hours of the night and it's playing now the floors are really weak so you can hear kids running, jumping and it sounded like they were dribbling a ball earlier this morning. My apartment fills up with whatever they are smoking by coming in through the vents. Floors and walls are very thin. I am hoping that this year goes by fast. Had two family members who wanted to move here because the apartments are nice but when they heard the noice coming from above that quickly killed that thought. Amazing you respond how you have because I did everything you asked and you still did nothing about the problem. I see the residents who lived below me in 103 iare moving too. Probably for the same reason."

"I find management is very responsive. I've always had problems taken care of quickly. Nice big apartment no mice. The grounds /maintenance staff are always ready with a good morning or a wave. Very friendly."

"Very bad experience leaving in this apartment I can go on and on. I registered ever recommending them to almost 10 of my friends and family staying here. Very wicked set of management have ever seen. Aside from rat and Roach that are our co tenants, the only thing this people care about is just there money but don't like to repair nothing in your apartment when you call for help."

"Terrible place to live! When it rained, rain came inside of my apartment causing mold and I wasn’t even on the top floor so imagine the person on the 3rd floor! Managers wouldn’t do anything about it, Me and my cats got sick because of mold we were on medicine and they didn’t care! If you touched the ceiling your finger went straight through and rain would come out of water bubbles! There was mold in all of the vents and they didn’t do anything! Contractors came and all they did was paint over it and they moved someone in right after me. SMH. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I also contacted corporate and all she did was walk around my apartment with the manager and say that they fixed it WHICH THEY DIDN'T! They painted over it."
