"Leasing office doesn’t care if you have non working facilities with no timeline on a fix. They are heartless and can’t even make exceptions for their tenants to use other facilities even when the entire plumbing is backed up in both you and your neighbors houses."

"I moved in November 2021. Overall my satisfaction is good. I know that other complex units in the back make the area questionable. I think the complex should have security especially at night, I think once a year the units should be painted and ceiling fans should be installed into the units. For the money we spend here we should have some more updated appliances, fans in the bathroom, or fans in the bedrooms. The community esthetics are well kept up. Maintenance is very quick to fix any issues. The leasing office has always been friendly and compassionate."

"where do i begin? This place is unprofessional and honestly thieves. Corporate is literally the elf on the shelf: they exist but dont do much. Every year the rent increases; when you ask to negotiate it, the robots in the leasing office always tell you how great of a deal you're getting and we should be grateful. Laundry facilities either never work or never opened at the time that is listed on the door. The leasing office staff is unprofessional robotic frankly annoying to honest. The only reason they are getting 2 stars because the area is nice and we had cats that didn't allow mice to live. They literally made a hole in my ceiling to work in my neighbors home just leave the hole there for a month and had the nerve to forget they put it there. Save your time and money."

"No complaints at all, Good Customer service staff, always communicating any upcoming service, change or repairs in advance, all of the maintenance crew are very respectful, patient and professional. I will not think it twice to recommend this company."

"Like another review states, I wasted $25 applying to this place only to be met with very robotic customer service via email. A person behind the email that did not have a name in the signature and then to be told my documents will have to be sent to corporate when I bring them because that is their protocol. They disregarded the fact that my children and I need to move ASAP, or that I have a very tight schedule this week and could drop by to bring hard copies, but needed to first make sure I was approved. I had to ask for the person who was responding and they said their name was Kelly Puryear. I googled the name and that person comes up as the manager. I can't explain the level of disgust I have that I've wasted 3 days waiting for the manager to show why the multiple negative reviews exist here. I guess it is a good thing that we didn't move here. Had I seen the reviews of mice infestation and rude staff I wouldn't have wasted my time or application. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who's had issues with simply getting a yay or nay. The company needs to re-evaluate who they have as their face."
