"Love it here very quiet the leasing team is amazing and the maintenance staff is good one problem is there’s poop EVERYWHERE going close to the kids bus stop there is no care how that area looks the grass is and yellow very patchy it is muddy and there’s trash everywhere two my neighbors dog who never shuts up it barks all day long it’s so annoying and very inconsiderate for the amount of money we pay to live here I wish it would stop"

"I am heartbroken as a resident to come outside early in the morning and see yet another car with all 4 tires stolen sitting on bricks. This is at least the third car I have seen. One car was literally brand new. I noticed the day it was parked- a few days later it was sitting on bricks. Despite this being a very problem, I have seen no attempt at security or no repeated communication. I’ve seen only one communication and that was some time after the first cars’ tires were stolen. It makes you feel so unsafe and unprotected. Security needs to be contracted."

"Expensive for no particular reason. I've lost two motorcycles at this apartment. The first one was towed while I was at work and the apartment complex pretty much gave a smug face and said it was the towing company and my issue. Second motorcycle has been stolen and again not particularly helpful. Had to get police over to be able to see footage of the theft. Staff is nice when you interact with them so I am going to have to assume it is a management problem. Indivuals problems don't directly affect anyone at a big company like this so they just don't get handled well. While it is true these things could happen anywhere, you also don't pay "luxury prices" for standard living. TlDR: crime is bad at this complex. Management is some of the worst, staff is nice. If you are military there are way better options for better prices that are just as conveniently close to meade. Stay away from here"

"My car was towed twice in the span of a week once for being at the handicap and the second for not having parking permit (which I have not had on my vehicle since I moved here 11 mths ago and have never had my vehicle towed) and after several disputes between the management company and NCR, I received a call back from NcR telling me my vehicle was being returned due to it being towed in error. I spoke to a lawyer and my lawyer stated that a written authorization form from the management office for each individual vehicle was needed prior to towing a car from the property. The towing company said they did have one but management said they didn’t send in a signed authorization form. For those that have had there vehicles towed I would check with a lawyer. Because whether your vehicle was parked illegally or parking permit is missing (unless it’s a fire lane or impeding traffic) they still need a written authorization from management to remove that specific vehicle from the property. The towing company has been getting away with towing vehicles and management just says well you didn’t have a parking permit. It is the responsibility of management to ensure their residents aren’t be exploited and predatory towing isn’t happening within our community and that the towing company is abiding by state law and county laws."
