"Windows to the walls, the furniture to the bathrooms. Me and my husband and our kids have fulling enjoyed being a tenant with Heritage Park, Leslie & Karla and the property manager to the property manager assistant have been quite heaven sent. The joy and professionalism & patience shows they love what they do and they are community led mindsets. Which is beautiful and refreshing to see in todays world. I would love to stay longer. If you ever in Hyattsville and looking for an awesome space to lease please check them out !! Also, Manny and amazing service team from the maintenance department. WOW! Increíble. They truly know how to communicate and get down to the root of the issue. Check them OUT without a doubt !!"

"I love how beautiful the living room design is, but it’s the worst place to live in. Every car gets broken into almost everyday. They refused to get a security camera (cctv) on the parking lot. Their bathroom clogs almost every day. They claim they fixed it but nothing changes. Me and my family had two bathrooms but most of the time we only had one. We asked for three parking permits because we have three bedroom apartment, but they refused to. We had to sell my daughter’s car because there’s no parking spot. The closest metro stop is 10 minutes walk up hill. There were days were we didn’t have a hot shower during winter. It’s the worst."
