"Overall satisfying experience at Foxborough, the area is clean, peaceful, no rodents. Maintenance does come in a timely manner. My building is free of smoke and weed. Everything is good except the constant dog barking. The apartment complex is a Pet-Free Community but residents are breaking the rules; dogs are heard barking in the buildings and small to large dogs are seen with their owners walking around the community. This has been ongoing and management has not done anything about it, Looks like if you want a pet, you can hide them pretty easily from management."

"I lived here with my family for 3 years its very calm and has a kind neighbor hood and if there is a problem with the apartment like with the ac they would take care of it as soon as possible. The schools here have very good education and I made a alot of friends here. However there was a mice problem and one time me (11 years old) and my friends were taking a shortcut where the houses are and this lady was screaming at us to go back where we came from and said she was going to call the cops on us even if we did nothing wrong just walking home. Btw she was white and all of my friends were from another color. But overall I love Foxborough dr and will always I had lots of memories here and its a great neighborhood to met new people"

"Pros: This apartment is in a really good location. Close to transportation hubs and major highways without it being too loud. The ladies in the office are really nice. Cons: Communication. Any sort of maintenance, grounds updates, or account notification is communicated by paper letter. It’s 2023 and not everyone is home all the time to receive time sensitive instructions. Payment: there’s not a way to pay your rent online without incurring fees Noise: some of these units have very creaky flooring. I’ve been woken up from deep sleep by neighbors getting up and going to the kitchen Light: Many of the units are north / south facing. The units can be very dark especially in the winter Maintenance: I debated adding this but after reading someone else’s review decided it was worth mentioning. Dealing with maintenance was an uncomfortable experience and I avoided at all costs. Especially with kitchen issues."

"I'm giving this a two star review because the apartment is nice inside, however the cleanliness is not, inside of the building. Bugs and all sorts of insects flying around as I enter my apartment which me and my child do not like to live with bugs! Neighbor below me are loud and they have no respect for others during the day and night. Also, the maintenance guy has a nasty attitude when it concerns repairs inside the unit and does not fix certain items that needs repairs and leaves it undone like dishwasher concerns. Management been notified and is fully aware of this! The building itself has not been clean nor vacuumed in months! Also, there's a cat lady that stays inside my building feeding ally cats in the neighborhood and then leave food in front of the building for them which some residents are allergic to cats! Also, the PARKING is horrendous and is not being strictly enforced! I barely able to find parking in front of my building due to poor parking conditions in the community! It's very dark at night at the community there barely any street lights, where u have to literally use a flashlight or walk towards a lighted area, worrying if someone gonna rob you. There are many dark areas that are unsafe where anything is possible, that anything can happen to you at night! Management is fully aware of this! You literally have to get home at a decent time in order to find you an available parking spot! Anyone can parking there at Foxborough Estates without a pass, and too many folks to one unit that has multiple cars. It was hard trying to leave and grab me groceries or a bite to eat without worrying to park so far away from my building.I decided to move out just so I can live at ease without having to worry about enjoying myself because of this constant stress on having to fight for parking around there."
