"My floors have been swollen from the apartment being flooded, it’s been about two months since I’ve reported this issue, my bathroom appliances has been rusted and they continue to fall, my kitchen lights does not work , I have been using ring light to see. My apartment smells like mold . Why is all of this okay . Such a terrible place definitely not worth the price"

"Management is extremely terrible, poor customer service, no respect for residents and maintenance is the worst. Roaches everywhere even in the hall way , rats crawling on ur wall and ceiling. Yes welcome to Waterford tower. Management is very rude. Every summer, broken AC for weeks. I catches cold so much in the heat with my kids. It’s so unsafe that they have a security guard with gun. Stolen packages is usual. Management is biased very disrespectful."

"Went to visit to rent ROACHES. Run. The neighborhood is that type where just expect a big infestation smelly food cooking smells coming through your vent and disturbances and noise in the halls, the park outside of it is nice I suppose"

"I have only had positive interactions with Nichole. she always try’s her best to come up with solutions but it’s only so much she can do here. This building is old and outdated. The elevator is constantly malfunctioning, the front doors are always broken, the PEST live here rent free, some of the tenants throw trash all over this property. I honestly don’t see how Nichole is able to keep up with the long list of repairs here. You need tough skin to work here, and she definitely has it. The way some of these residents behave, I’m surprised she hasn’t quit. I hope she doesn’t. She deserves hazard pay for working here. It’s got to weigh on your mental. I appreciate all of her efforts to just do good despite some of the conditions here. I think it’s over priced here for what you get. Please put the washing machines back, if we can’t use the facility in the basement. The gym is advertised when moving in but unavailable for use. The plus side is the location is ideal for public transportation and the schools are good in The area."

"Nicole Graham threatened to have my mom evicted from writing a review about her customer service today. (I don't live there), but my mother does. If your customer service wasn't so POOR I wouldn't have to. There needs to be a serious investigation. Everyone I know always complains about her. If she left the building would be so much nicer"
