"Place is unsafe. Management doesn’t show any interest in making any improvements. Things break down due to old building, floor making squeaky noise. Aggressive neighbors who show no respect to others. Please think twice before renting here."

"I recently had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex and overall, I was extremely impressed. One of the best features of this complex is its beautiful pool area, which is always well-maintained and provides a great spot to relax and unwind during the hot summer months. Another perk of living here is the ample parking available for residents, which is a huge plus in the busy city. The on-site management team is top-notch and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. Additionally, the 24-hour emergency maintenance service was incredibly helpful during any unexpected issues that arose, and they always responded quickly and efficiently. I was also very impressed with the recently refurbished apartments, which were modern and sleek, with updated appliances and stylish finishes. The spacious entry closet and large walk-in closet were especially convenient for storing all of my belongings. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home. With its excellent amenities, responsive management team, and beautiful living spaces, this complex truly stands out as a top-notch place to live."

"Excuse my google name I made this a while ago. I really enjoy my apartment here at Fox Rest. Been here for about 5 years, Moved in alittle before the pandemic started and the staff there was really accommodating with rent and other issues i had going on around that time. The ladies in the front office are very helpful and thorough with their explanations. Even though I have complaints sometimes I have to remember they're just voicing what the company is asking of them and not the one's directly setting all the rules. Anyways, ill be moving out soon because im moving away. But I really enjoyed mytime here."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would, move in date was originally in September, every 2 weeks they would call and change. Finally November comes, I ask for a refund and I got placed into an apartment instantly. Regrettably the worse choice I could’ve made, the apartments are VERY VERY noisy, and the leasing office is non responsive when trying to inquiry about anything. The staff may need some training in customer service, Patricia specifically. If you move to Fox Rest you will not enjoy it here."

"Note to Prospective Resident: PLEASE If you're thinking of renting an apartment at FOX REST APARTMENTS, please reconsider. I currently live in one of the building blocks, where there is a resident who have been disturbing and terrorizing the peace of other residents for SEVERAL months without any intervention of the mangement. We (residents) have complained numerous times to the management but they say their hands are tied. We have also reached out to FOX REST parent management company- GRADY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, no positive result. Residents are up at 2am almost every other night, police are called, the building is littered like a CRACK HOUSE, glass shattered. Our peace and safety is in jeopardy. I pay my rent faithfully but the management isn't holding up its part of the bargain, THAT'S UNFAIR! Some residents have moved out due these insecurity and comfort concerns, please DON'T move in blindly, YOU'D REGRET IT! I have added some pictures for your viewing.
