"Property manager is very nice, respectable, attentive, and very concerned about issues with the property and the units as well as the maintenance man. Although very challenging they do a good job with what they have to work with. I love my apartment."

"DON’T move here!!! Them pictures might look nice but it’s a whole different story when you move in. The whole place is Infested by roaches. When I open my front door I have roaches from the building coming in my house. I called the rental office a lot and they don’t do anything. They claim that they had people come out and spray before I moved in. Then I had my own exterminator come and he informed me that when the painted the side of the cabinet where it meets the wall they trapped roaches in so now it’s a real bad smell in my kitchen they won’t go away I have cleaned 20+ times and nothing helps. The smell will not go away unless cabinets are removed. I’m not sure if the walls have water damage or not but it looks horrible!! Note dark carpets is so you can’t see the roaches on the floor. ROACHES DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE ON EVERYTHING!!! And can’t even cook or a whole army of roaches will come out. Also roaches in my microwave. I only been here 2 months!!!!! I have added pictures so y’all can see."

"Stop by this place for info and check out the 2 bedrooms. The apt was nice the only draw back was no W/D or hardwood floors like on the website. I drove through there after midnight to see if it was as much activity as the other places I have seen. It was quiet just as it was during the day. I would have signed a lease but the washer and dryer was a must for me. The ladies in the office were nice with giving me information of other communities that offered what I was looking for. Most of the offices I have been in it seem like I was bothering them. the ladies her made me feel comfortable Maybe after my lease is up I will try my luck for the w/d unit."

"This is a review on my experience of a quick apartment tour on Saturday (Jan. 21, 2017). The highlight of my tour was Marissa. The moment I walked through the doors of the leasing office she was full of enthusiasm and greeted me with such joy I couldn't help but reflect the same joy back at her. She made easy conversation while the paper work was being filled and during the walk to the apartment. The tour wasn't too long and Marissa was through with explaining everything she could about the apartment and the complex as a whole. She really made the apartment hunting experience not as tedious and annoying."

"Always flooding when there are large amounts of rain. There's a new property manager about every 6 months. So new rules are implemented and old ones are thrown out. The complex once tried to force tenants to pay fees and charges that were waived by the previous property manager. Parking is terrible. There are more units than parking spaces, therefore you are not guaranteed a parking space even though you pay one thousand dollars PLUS for rent. Lots of mantience issues. They don't fully fix things. More like a quick fix and then the issue will come up again. The complex advertise dishwashers in units, not every unit has it. Very bad sewage smell in units and building hallways. We were told that there was nothing they could do therefore we had to move out because the smell is unhealthy for the baby. Unfinished construction work in parking lot which is also taking up MORE parking lot spaces. Walls are entirely too thin. I could hear my neighbor upstairs sneeze. That is not an exaggeration. The way the apartments are set up, someone's living room and patio are over the bedrooms. So while you are trying to rest and the person upstairs is having a party, you hear everything right over your bedroom. We were constantly be awaken all hours of the night and morning by noise that wouldn't be a bother at other apartments. My advice...don't stop here. Keep looking!"
