"I strongly advise against moving here! The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely astonishing. Today, when I walked in, I had the rudest experience ever. The lady with short hair was incredibly dismissive, and getting any information from her was like pulling teeth. I asked to see model units, but there was nothing to show. It was evident that the property was undergoing maintenance at the front. I had a hunch something wasn't right because when I called, I was put on a long hold. So, I decided to visit in person, only to be told to come back another time. I came here looking for a nice apartment, but I'll rely on these reviews, as they seem to accurately reflect the reality of the situation."

From the very beginning, Tameka went above and beyond to meet all my needs and expectations. She patiently answered my numerous questions and was incredibly accommodating. She even took the time to show me several different units, allowing me to find the one that resonated with the best vibes for me. So far, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Tameka's outstanding service and dedication."

"I stopped by today to see the property since I had just left Avalon down the street. I wanted to see the large two bedroom unit. The website has really nice photos. Anyway, the leasing person was with a couple. There was also another woman waiting. I stood in the hallway for about 5 minutes. I peeped into the room and made eye contact with the leasing person. She saw me. She did not acknowledge me to say I'll be with you or can I help. She said nothing. I sat in the hallway and waited another 5 minutes or so. She came out of the room with the three people. She made eye contact with me. She locked the door and walked away with them. She never acknowledged my presence. She did not know why I was there. I could have been a resident with an issue. Well, now I am not interested in seeing the place. I came from Waldorf. There are many places between there and Laurel."

"I recently moved on 9/15..I want to give props to first Tameka for helping my move in go smoothly.. very professional, kind, patient and informative.. All of Office Staff are so nice and knowledgeable and made my move so easy. I want to thank Erica and Alberto for taking immediate action to a few maintenance issues by coming in person to look at issues and resolve them so quickly.. Both so kind..My experience thus far has been excellent. Recommend anyone looking for a perfect home with excellent staff and management to look no further and apply here..Thanks again to the entire staff"

"Spacious apartment but shady business practices. Do Not give any deposits (holding deposit or security deposit) until you've seen the unit you'll be living in. Be warned! You'll not get your deposit back! They told me I couldn't view my unit until the day before I move in. I hadn't signed any lease yet, so, I canceled the my application and they told me I can't get my deposit back."
