"My apartment floods every year. Usually because the apartment next to me floods and being downhill from it mine floods. My apartment flooded last Wednesday. Office and maintenence notified everyday by phone, email and in person by me. It's day 7 and I still have water coming into my unit!"

"Never on the office, close 5:30pm. No manager on side, not even tell you there name when open closed office door. Very filthy property."

"I put in a maintenance request on July 8th. It went from being received by maintenance on July 24, to being on hold July 26. I put in a 2nd request on August 4 with pics attached. Received by maintenance the same day. Guess what, NOBODY STILL HAS SHOWN UP. I tried to email the management company. As I submitted my complaint, guess what, WEBSITE CAN’T BE REACHED"

"I’m so disappointed with this company! I’ve been waiting for nearly two weeks to have my microwave replaced. I initially was told by the maintenance manager that the weather does not call to deliver it because it was raining and second time that they are short handed the second time I visited the office. I’m so angry."

"I'm so disappointed to read such negative remarks about this property. However, everyone is entitled to their opinions. It's been almost two years as a tenant with Kings Park Plaza and I am continuing to see nothing but great team work from the corporate office to our management office. Our Property Manager - Amy, is amazing and very professional. She has strong work ethics and values. They continue to provide strong communication with their tenants. Great systems in place in providing important information benefiting our tenants. Morgan Properties strong beliefs and values which they honored and respect. Morgan properties strong beliefs in the community and continuing to serve us, and local communities. Especially during these uncertain times that we did not see coming with this pandemic. Kings Park acted accordingly in providing assistance, getting different types of communications out to their tenants. This was not easy as many other properties are trying their best to provide the best service. That said, many programs in place to help our tenants, communities with the Morgan Cares programs, a wealth of resources for our tenants, partnering with local businesses such as Catholic Charities with the food drive, the newest benefit is that Kings Park added a Hub by Amazon to better secure deliveries for all tenants, communications was sent out about this amazing benefit. Management is listening to our concerns or challenges which they are always on task in communicating and addressing all concerns accordingly. They are continuing to provide programs where tenants can earned reward points, from bake offs challenges to fun dance time. I am happy to be apart of the Kings Park Plaza family and it gets better and better. No apartment complex is perfect, however Kings Park Plaza cares."
