"Visitation on 1/17/2024 It’s way too early to assess my experience at the Good Feet Store in Robinson Township - Pittsburgh, PA. It was difficult getting over the sticker shock for the cost. My sales associate did an effective job selling the product and process. That sales effort along with the pain I was experiencing resulted in a successful visit for the Good Feet Store. I was in and out within 45 minutes and was able to take home everything I needed to start feeling better that same day including a great pair of shoes. "Update: I was contacted by the company and I did go back in. I saw a different salesman. Again very nice, courteous and informative. They reviewed my concerns and gave me a different product to try. So far so good. Kudos to the Good Feet Store for their amazing customer service. Nice to see companies that truly care about their customers. The salesman was very nice. As far as the product I am on day eight and I’m not feeling any relief. I’m actually going to be reaching back out to the store because I’m experiencing some new pain."
