"Ordered two Black Boxes of wine this evening--a Merlot and a Chardonnay-- via DoorDash. Looked at the app after ordering and LA Liquors changed the Merlot to Pinot Grigio because they were out of stock of Merlot. Called them to ask for another red, even if a different brand, and they said they only had Chardonnay in boxed wine. After receiving the order, the Chardonnay was part of Black Box's "Brillance Collection" which is a different type (has half the calories and half the alcohol content). Sounds good for certain scenarios, but not what I ordered and paid for. Ironically, we did receive a box of Pinot Grigio along with the version of Chardonnay we didn't order. LA Liquor Store would do well to know their products and communicate."
