"Richard and Dontrell are amazing at what they do. They both have been incredibly helpful and took the type to explain different options and even send me video footage when I couldn't make it to the property. I highly recommend Willow and Maple for the customer service alone."
"I lived here for 6 years . When I moved in , I asked why did the lady move out the unit? I was told because of the lady under her complaint about noise she wasn’t making. Ok!! "I have been living here for five years now. When we first moved, there was staff in the office that actually cared. After the first two years, things have been getting progressively worse. I never wanted to leave a review publicly, but I’m at my wits end. On top of the high turnover and going from bad to worse with switching from Kettler to Greystar, there is a serious ongoing plumbing issue. Apartments 101, 102 and 103 flood with raw sewage from other units. If that isn’t bad enough, the sewage leaks down to units on the lower floors. I have a tub (as shown in the photo) so it acts as a basin for the the sewage. People with standing showers aren’t as lucky. The sewage goes all over their floor even spreads into living areas. Management gets a plumber to come out, then hires a subpar cleaning service that doesn’t even disinfect and sanitize surfaces as they should, considering that human waste has touched these surfaces. This is a temporary bandaid. The owners of the building need to figure out the actual root of the issue and create a permanent fix. Not rinse and repeat these extremely temporary solutions that leave me inconvenienced because I can’t use the bathroom or shower before important events in my life. Management is slow to act on this issue. It started happening about three years ago and sometimes it happens back to back. It just happened on Friday, but it started Thursday evening with my toilet not flushing and filling with water. Here it is on Sunday and my toilet is not flushing again. I have one bathroom in my apartment. I called every single number I can find for Willow and Maple and Greystar and I don’t get an answer on any of them. The mailboxes are full on the maintenance line, so I can’t leave a voicemail. This is a serious safety issue. I called a number for Greystar that sent me to an answering service and the employee on the phone said that Greystar hasn’t had an active account for years. He said over time he’s gotten a bunch of calls from people living in Greystar properties but he is unfortunately unable to assist because there isn’t an active account. At this point I’m extremely angry. I’m not paying any rent henceforth and I will be immediately seeking a new place to live. I suggest everyone else go on a rent strike if they are having issues as well. Maybe perhaps that will encourage the owners and the property management company they have hired to get their act together. Charging $2,000+ in rent to be living in squalor is absolutely ridiculous. You can pay less and get more elsewhere."
"Stylist apartments; A couple downfalls are that their is not any handicap parking or visitor parking. Each resident pays monthly for a parking spot that more than likely someone else will be parked in everyday unauthorized! So many rental office members come & go so the office people are never up to date with what is going on within the property. It is only one maintenance man for the whole property so that also is a headache when needing something done. Lastly the elevator breaks down every other week & all of the disable residents on the upper levels are stuck in case of emergency!"
