"Had hired Donohue Hart Associates to manage our company group healthcare plan for about two full elective periods. After attempting to review all the various healthcare plan options for our company, we made discover that our agent MICHAEL J THOMSON, SR was not willing to fully advise us on policies that would have benefited us. After further investigation with other firms we discovered that we would have benefited and would benefit from another policy. The end result was that Mr Thomson was using what is know in the industry as "Steering". This is when an agent does not advise according to his fiduciary and agent license oath. Basically advising his clients to do what best serves his firm financially and not the client. We would not recommend this firm for this reason and the unprofessional manner with which Mr Thomson left the relationship between our companies."
