"Do not order through DoorDash. Contacted store directly, they marked it as delivered and nobody ever showed up so I then called the store and the staff member was very rude starting by answering, "hello, what do you need?" And then said "hold on" once I started talking and then started yelling at a customer at his store. He then picked up the phone with another individual also on the line and I checked in for an update and instead of saying "contact doordash" or "we will hold your items and you can come pick up" he instead said "we don't deliver to your address" and hung up on me when they in fact do deliver to my address because there store was listed as an option. Maybe instead of being rude to your potential customers, you focus more on simple technical adjustments to avoid customers waiting over 2 hours for their order and never getting contacting with an update. Because of this negative experience and unprofessional communication of their staff, I will not be shopping at this store and advise others to reconsider a more customer friendly, considerate store."

"I was at this boo store the day before Thanksgiving and somehow I left my billfold behind, they were so nice trying to find me. I end up backtracking and went to their store just before closing, and it was there and intact. I can’t think them enough!"

"Shady... Bought a 12 pack of high noon (retails around $20-21) and a 4 pack of cutwater margaritas (retails around $10-11). Adding 9% tax only brings it to around $33-34 dollars. That's nearly $15 dollars above what I should have been charged."
