"Disclaimer: **Jermona Hughes is an amazing asset..** An egregious place to live ! The safety of the community is poor! There are solicitors and robbers. Your packages will be stolen. Almost stepped in dog feces on multiple occasions . When you try to advise leadership of the disparities there is little concern or a nonchalant demeanor from vital decision -makers . The amenities leave little to be desired and the turn around time for repairs are a travesty ! The maintenance men are polite however. For the sake of decorum , I will not go into detail about the management leadership but I will infer there is zero advocacy for the tenants!"

"So happy that we left this apartment. At first I thought it was pretty decent, but then we started smelling cigarettes smoke and weed pretty frequently. So that was disgusting, it came through the shared air vents, you could always tell what room they were smoking in above or below you. Then the real deal breaker came: the MICE. They showed up one day out of the blue! The pest control were basically worthless so we had to buy traps. It was unpleasant to say the least. Also when moving in I was told the washer and dryer would be replaced with a new one and that never happened. Speaking of the dryer, it started sounding like it had a brick inside it before moving out, also our freezer kept developing a sheet of ice in the bottom every 2 days. But the worst are the neighbors. They don’t control their kids. We had DOG POOP smeared on our door. I saw it was a kid cause I saw them running away after hearing a pounding on the door. The office said they can do nothing about it because there are no cameras on the property, so maybe they should install some. Only live here if you want a mouse infested, smoke-smelling, dump with disrespectful loud neighbors."

"I have been living here for about 5 years now.There have been several instances of when the apartment building’s fire alarm would randomly go off. But when you call the leasing office, the people there wouldn’t let me complete my story and end the phone call after telling me to call 911. They didn’t even let me finish telling them about the fire alarm going off in the past. They do not take the safety of the residents seriously. I do not recommend this place at all. I would rate this place a 0 star if I could."
