"I would not live here if you like your privacy. This is the only complex I’ve heard of where inspections happen MONTHLY. (Meaning they come into your home and look around your bedroom, bathroom, and common areas, MONTHLY) I just find it very strange that someone would be required to do that monthly. It’s almost like they treat it like everyone has section 8 housing and that’s not the case for me. Furthermore, I just feel like the community itself is an experiment for the poor. They have free events where they take their children and to the “farm” give them free bikes and other activities where they have free catering. It’s just too much and I don’t think it comes from a genuine place of care or concern but control. Also, communication lacks a lot between tenants and property management. They often don’t respond to emails or ignore them but feel entitled to come into my apartment whenever they want. Also if you have a one-bedroom apartment you are underneath a 2 and 3-bedroom apartment's common floor(living room) I often hear kids and adults arguing and sounds like someone’s child is being thrown around the floor. The design to put an entire family on top and a one-bedroom apartment just does not make sense to me. All in all, to save a few hundred dollars I deal with an invasion of privacy monthly, weird people giving away free things, yt people walking around my hope snooping around my apartment, loud kids above my head fighting, and people stealing my packages. Also, they are very tacky and will leave eviction letters on your door if you are seven days late on your rent for everyone to read. Also may I add on the six day your rent is late they put a eviction notice on your door and by the 12th day you have a court date with no prior communication. The neighbors here are blatantly inconsiderate and unkind. They will park their non electric cars next to charging stations all night and watch you struggle to charge your car by stretching the cord. All in all these people are clearly miserably wretched and that’s why management is so invasive when it comes to privacy and respect. Update: today when I came home there were booties left in my apartment from maintenance and my fan and ac was turned off"

"I would not recommend this place for anyone to live. I have noisy neighbors that live overtop of me. I can hear children running, jumping, and screaming. Loud music being played after 10pm. I have made several complaints to the rental office and this issue has not been resolved. I also mention to them it was a lot of people that lived in that apartment. I feel that my issue have not been address properly and has been annoyed. I have not been happy in my home since I moved in. My neighbors have been a problem since day one. I also have a problem with the way these apartment are made. I hear everything in my neighbors apartment. I feel I’m sharing my home with my neighbors. I should not be unhappy somewhere I pay rent. I want to live in a peaceful quiet home. I hope this is helpful for someone that wants to move in."
